I became an attorney-at-law in 1993 and immediately started actively participating in the legal services market. Establishing Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Bieluk i Partnerzy was a natural step in the development of my business, but at the same time I never stopped being fascinated by research. Academic work in the field of civil and agricultural law performed at the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok allows me to maintain a balance between the theory and practice of law. Legal and business advice can only be effective thanks to an interdisciplinary approach that combines legal knowledge and economic experience. Mergers and acquisitions of enterprises, the selection of a tax-effective structure for running a business, investment processes, succession planning or litigation strategies are intriguing challenges that I am always willing to take with the client’s legal security in mind.

In addition to academic activity, I share my knowledge in the field of civil and agricultural law in numerous publications and by taking an active part in the work of the Polish Association of Agrarian Lawyers and the World Union of Agricultural Law (Unión Mundial de Agraristas Universitarios – UMAU) and as a Member of the Consultative Council of the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok.
